Welcome to Sacred Life Birth Services, where I believe every life is sacred, mother and baby. I have a passion for supporting mothers and babies inside and outside of the womb. My mission is to ensure every mother's birthing experience is sacred, encouraging, and filled with love.
What is a doula?
The word "doula" comes from the Greek work doulos, which can be translated to a "servant." I am a trained professional who supports you and your family's needs, wishes, and questions related to pregnancy and birth. I help with reassuring and encouraging moms through labor support, breathing techniques, relaxation, changing positions, massaging, and acting as your advocate in the delivery room. I also support and provide references for challenges throughout your pregnancy.

I am dedicated to supporting pregnant mothers through their childbirth journey with compassion, faith, and love. My dedication is rooted in my love for Jesus Christ and for His glorious creation. You can be assured that I will be praying for you and your child(ren) regularly, not just as my client, but as unique, special, beautiful humans. My Christian-based doula services aim to encourage mothers to embrace the miracle of birth with confidence and grace, ensuring each experience is sacred and memorable.
Research-Centered Support
There is a plethora of information out there regarding best practices while pregnant and all of the decisions surrounding labor and delivery. It can become overwhelming sifting through all of it and making decisions on what is best for YOUR personal situation. Backed by a strong passion for research and a Master's degree in Library and Information Sciences, I am ready to help you navigate the research! I will dig through and provide resources as you make the best decision for you, baby, and your family.
